Returns must be made within the first 7 days.
All goods will be inspected once returned.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we will be happy to offer a full refunds/exchanges/ credit to our customers.
However, the customer must bear the delivery charges to deliver and return.
Please note we will not refund the cost of delivery, only the cost of the products.

Goods must be returned to 216/3 Pamunuwa Road, Maharagama, Sri Lanka.

You must inform Spring & Summer as soon as the item is not to your satisfaction.
Once we are informed, we will send you a returns form, along with a courier to pick up the returns package. This must be done as soon as possible.

The items must be packed in their original packaging when returning the items along with the original invoice and returns form.
The item in question must be returned in good and saleable condition.
If products are not returned in good and saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
If this occurs, we will return the item to the delivery address with no refund.
Online order returns are not accepted at any of our outlets.
