Buying Guide

Please take the time to use the chart and see which sizes suits your body shape the best. Although we do strive to ensure that our size guides are accurate to all our items. Some product sizes may vary due to fabric and style.


Spring & Summer will provide care labels for all our items. Care labels are usually located on the neck or is located on the side of the garment. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that they follow the guides accurately. This is to stop the item being damaged during washing and drying. Please be advised if this occurs Spring & Summer will not be liable and the item cannot be exchanged.


Island wide Delivery

Customer must specify a single address to deliver the goods. Home delivery option is chargeable based on your location and the weight of the package. Customers must sign for the goods on deliver and present an NIC number for proof of identity. You parcel will arrive 1 – 4 days after dispatch confirmation through Ace Express Delivery service. If you are not at home when your package arrives, a letter will be left at your delivery address advising you on how to pick up your order. 

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide. We use our trusted courier service to ensure your package is delivered on time and in good condition. Tracking is available on all our international delivery packages. You will be required to provide a signature on delivery of the package. Custom charges and taxes may be applicable on certain items and must be paid by the customer during pick up. If you are not at home when your package arrives, a letter will be left at your delivery address advising you on how to pick up your order. You will be given a tracking number once dispatch is confirmed.

Bank Transfers

Customers can choose to pay for the goods through wire transfer to the Spring & Summer Bank Account. Once we receive your order Spring & Summer will forward our Account details. Customer must make the full payment must be made at one time. Once the payment is confirmed the goods will be delivered to the nominated address.

Non-refundable Items

We do not refund/exchange/or provide credit for the following goods:

  • Lingerie
  • Undergarments
  • Hosiery
  • Party Dresses


Once an order is made we are unable to cancel or change this. However, we will try our best to remedy the problem if you contact us as soon as possible.
